Theo Papatheodorou

Theo Papatheodorou is a Professor in Computational Arts at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a creative technology enthusiast, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Holding a Master's and a PhD in Computer Science from Imperial College London, he has been researching and teaching computational art since 2011, teaching in the UK, Greece, and China.

As the founder of Random Quark, a cutting-edge creative technology studio, Theo drives innovation in creative uses of artificial intelligence, data visualisation, affective computing, and human-machine interaction. His work is distinguished by its fusion of the real and virtual worlds, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in computational arts.
